Republic Royalty was founded with a mission to serve landowners seeking to understand the true value of their mineral estate.

This journey began when our founders, Jae Lewis and David Vasquez, recognized the need for a transparent, landowner-focused approach to mineral and royalty transactions. Our team consists of seasoned energy professionals proficient in land title diligence, geology, engineering, and financial analysis.

Republic Royalty has established itself as a trusted partner to landowners, providing expert guidance to our clients who seek the highest possible value for their asset. Republic has facilitated over $400 million in mineral and royalty transactions. This is a direct result of having exceptional capital partners who understand what it takes to acquire what we believe is the most privileged asset class in America.

COMMUNITY IMPACT

Republic Royalty believes in community impact both locally and abroad. Our charitable mission is to share some of the resources we receive through our business efforts to bring awareness to underprivileged communities. We support several local organizations in Midland and Houston, such as, Trotter YMCA, Youth Development Center, The Heart Gallery of Texas and The Children’s Fund. One community abroad that is very important to us is an Ethiopian village named Korah.

Korah is a small village outside of the capital city of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa, known today as a “trash dump” community. Originally established as a leper colony 90 years ago, Korah is a disadvantaged and impoverished urban district with an estimated 130,000 people. It has some of the most extreme levels of urban poverty in the world, including poor sanitation, unpleasant living conditions, lack of clean water, and most of all a scarcity of edible food.
